Moving to a new city is a big change, and for one family, it was the perfect chance to capture a special moment. I recently had the joy of photographing a wonderful family who just moved from New York City to Philadelphia.
Baby Aaron, the star of the session, was surrounded by love from his family. His mom, a former immigration lawyer, and his dad, an eye doctor, are both incredibly kind and caring. Their two-year-old daughter was so excited to meet her baby brother. She couldn’t stop giving him sweet kisses, which made the session even more special.
Even though she’s only two, their daughter was full of love and joy, making the photo session heartwarming and fun. She was wonderfully behaved and clearly thrilled about her new sibling.
One of the special requests was to capture an image of their hands gently holding baby Aaron. I had a vision for the shot, but the final image turned out even better than I imagined. The photograph of their hands cradling Aaron perfectly captured their love and care in a beautiful way.
As Aaron’s family settles into their new life in Philadelphia, I hope these photos will always remind them of this precious time. They were thrilled with the results, and it was a pleasure to see how much they appreciated them.
